Who Are We Looking For? We’re looking for passion and a genuine drive to help the community! You don’t need to have board experience, or any specific education or background, to succeed on EECC’s Board. We believe a great board is made up of engaged and caring people with different skill sets, and great board members can come from anywhere!

In addition to monthly board meetings, each board member serves on a committee. We’ll work with you to find a role that aligns with your skills and interest. We do expect all Board members to be involved in our major annual fundraising event, as it is a critical source of funding for EECC and it truly takes us all to make it happen.

Most board meetings are in person, in the evenings, with child care provided for those who need it. Three or four meetings a year are virtual.
