Evening Program at Kimbourne

Here’s General Schedule:

At long last, our evening program has returned! PRE-REGISTRATION is required.

4 pm: Program opens for Indoor Free Play and 30 – 45 minutes of Outdoor STEM activities.

5 – 5:30 pm: Light Meal for pre-registered families

5:45 – 6:15: Free Play and STEM activities

6:15: Circle Time

6:30 Program Ends. Please leave on time so staff can clean up and go home. Thank you!

Pre-registration:

In order to pre-register for a program, please:

  • log in to your KEyON account or create one at the same link. You may need to re-set your password if you have never logged into your KEyON account before.
  • Click on the Register link for the program date.

***Please note that families can only pre-register for an evening program one week before.*** This is to avoid the same people filling all the spots each week. If you try to register before the permitted date, you will see an error message saying the program is full, even though it’s not. We will keep registration links current on our website.

***Each adult must pre-register separately from their KEyON account.*** Only one adult will pre-register the children. We asked our friends at KEyON for a workaround, because we know this is BONKERS, but there isn’t one. Please don’t hassle the staff about it. Once we get into the flow of evening program, we may dispense with pre-registration, but for now, we need it for meal planning.

***Highly suggest you include an email address in your KEyON account and toggle notifications ON*** This is in case of program cancellations. We can’t let you know if we can’t reach you.

***IF you find yourself on a strange page in the KEyON system there are REGIONS. Scroll through regions and find East End Children’s Centre. If you leave some fields on the membership page empty, the system may keep reminding you to add emergency contacts etc. It’s annoying…there’s no override. It’s easiest to just fill out those missing fields. Sorry!
