Seniors 24/7 Safety Line:

    • 24-hour crisis and support line for seniors in Ontario who have experienced any type of abuse or neglect.
    • over 200 languages.
    • open to any senior – female, male, two-spirit, trans or genderqueer. The SSL can address the diverse needs of those with disabilities, immigrants, persons of colour, lesbian, gay, bi-sexual persons, transgender and two-spirit persons.
    • also provide information to relatives, friends, neighbours, caregivers and other service professionals who may have questions or concerns about an elderly person in their life.

Partner Assault Response

  • The Partner Assault Response (PAR) program is a Domestic Violence Court initiative that delivers a specialized community-based group education/counselling program to offenders who have been mandated by the court to attend the PAR program in response to a criminal charge involving domestic violence.
  • Groups are offered in English, Tamil, Farsi and French as well as groups for gay men.
