Many of the toys being loved by children at our Kimbourne and Terry Fox sites were previously loved by children in their own homes, and for that we are very grateful.
If you wish to donate gently used or new toys, please bring them to our 200 Wolverleigh Blvd location during our program hours. Please understand that not every toy donated can be used directly within our program. If they are in good condition, donated toys that are not used in our programs will be included in the used toy sales we have periodically, to raise funds for the free programs we offer to the community. This way, donated toys we can’t use are still helping the children we serve. We respectfully ask you NOT to donate broken toys and toys that are missing pieces.
Please note: if the toys you want to donate are large pieces of equipment, please contact us at email@example.com to see if we have space. We are not able to accept high chairs, cribs, car seats, swings and strollers. Please see The New Mom Project below for ways to donate baby equipment.
We are happy to accept donations of flour, salt, cream of tartar, vegetable oil and food colouring for playdough.
We NEVER accept stuffed animals. We are not able to accept boxes and bags of random items, so please don’t leave these items at our door. We do have some ideas about where it would be appropriate to drop off these items. We recommend visiting these websites to determine which items are and are not being accepted.
